Questions we get a lot
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients give us a door code or leave a key in a lockbox. Your team texts you when they arrive and when they leave.
What if I need to reschedule?
Give us 48 hours notice and there's no charge. Less than that, there's a $40 late change fee, because your team set that time aside.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Tell us about your pets when you book. We vacuum pet hair from furniture on every visit at no extra cost.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts. Recurring clients can pause or cancel any time.
